The Prospect Screening page allows an IntrosMatter admin to review, approve, or decline recommended prospects for your organization.

Your feedback helps refine our matching algorithm and determines:

  • Which prospects you want to pursue

  • Which introducers may be contacted

  • Which intro paths should be prioritized

What You’ll See on This Page

Below is a breakdown of the information displayed in the Prospect Screening table:

  • Status: The current state of the prospect (e.g., Pending Review, Approved, Declined) and their associated intro paths.

  • Prospect Contact: The prospect’s name, linked to their LinkedIn profile, including their job title.

  • Prospect Company: The company where the prospect currently works.

  • Prospect Industry: The LinkedIn-listed industry of the prospect’s company.

  • Selected Paths to Intro: Introducer paths that have already been approved, along with the Intro Owner they are connected to.

  • Potential Paths to Intro: Possible introducers that are connected to the prospect, along with the Intro Owner they are connected to.

  • Intro Probability: The likelihood of successfully securing an introduction through the recommended path.

  • Action: Approve or reject a prospect.

    • ✔ Approve = Strong fit (we’ll surface similar prospects in the future)

    • ✖ Reject = Not a fit (you’ll be prompted to provide brief feedback to improve recommendations)
